UAB Vibaltpega implements the project UAB Digitization of Vibaltpega Production Processes

UAB Vibaltpega has been specializing in the production of furniture since 1998. Many years of experience allow us to offer our customers a wide range of furniture. The company manufactures a variety of furniture for cafes, bars, hotels, offices, shops and homes.

Under the measure “Industrial Digestion LT”, UAB Vibaltpega is implementing the project “Digitization of UAB Vibaltpega Production Processes”. The aim of this project is to digitize the company’s production processes, creating conditions for productivity growth. During the implementation of the project, UAB Vibaltpega plans to acquire edge banding machines, radial edge banding machines, cutting machines, CNC 5-axis machines, business management system, software design software and file conversion programs for machine tools, laser engraving machines and scrubbing machines.

The planned completion of the project activities is in 2020. December 22

Project “Change of UAB Vibaltpega furniture production process in order to increase work efficiency” No. No. 03.3.1-LVPA-K-850-01-0115

Under the measure “Regio Potential LT”, UAB Vibaltpega is implementing “Change of UAB Vibaltpega furniture production process in order to increase work efficiency”.
The company does not currently have a preform painting plant, so it outsources this service to other companies, i.e. painting is done by other companies. Prepared blanks from the production workshop are transported by own transport to another company’s workshop for painting. In this production process, the Applicant faces problems that the companies providing the painting service do not perform the services on time, many painting defects occur, i. the shades of the workpieces differ, the thickness of the paint, often the paint is stuck to the dust, they are often broken during transport, so they need to be re-transported for painting or written off as a defect. The company intends to purchase automatic spraying machines using the support of the EU structural funds under the measure “Regio Potential LT”.
